Summertime offers of Social gatherings can sometimes be difficult for people with hearing loss .The outdoor location makes it easier to hear since the music playing at full blast , lot of conversation. firstly, Find a good spot for outdoor parties . If the first place you choose doesn't work, it is easy enough and quite socially acceptable to excuse yourself and find another.

Here are some tips to help you enjoy the outdoor parties, even with hearing loss:

1. Find yourself a good location:

 Look for an area that is quiet.Some environments are not conducive to those with hearing loss, no matter how well they read lips.a good idea to sit in an area that is not  next to an air conditioning unit, speaker or loud pool music. This will give you an opportunity to hear to the best of your ability. It is fun to meet friends and family to enjoy the summer weekend, each other’s company and the casual fare.

2.  Use technology:

 If you are attending a holiday party such as Labor Day, make sure you bring proper ear protection to guard your ears from fireworks and bring extra earplugs to share with friends and family.

5. Mix and join:

 A conversation around a large formal dining table is a challenge , Feeling disturb? Take a break! excuse yourself from a conversation to get the breather you need. This will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to re-enter the party.

6. No lying: 

If you cannot hear what someone is saying, do not pretend like you understand them.it can impact your relationships. If you smile and nod at an inappropriate time, it can make for an avoid embarrassment situation. Just be honest and ask the person to repeat themselves.

7. Bring reasonable expectations: 

You probably won’t listen everything that everyone says, but that is ok. If one group is harder to hear, find another to join.
